Subway wanted to drive buzz around new Footlong cookie drops that break the internet throughout the year.

so my partner and I created the 112 cookie tour.

choosing a snack isn’t always as simple as what tastes good.

Sometimes it comes down to what feels good. Our goal was to bring together affordability, culture, comfort, deliciousness, and global connection for Gen Z. As a generation overwhelmed with social noise, consumption options, and cultural divide, we wanted to build something to celebrate their diversity and satisfy their cravings and build connection. With Subway being the largest franchise in the world with 112 locations, we created 112 flavors that represented the many different cultures in the world. People could walk into a Subway and find a cookie flavor that brings them back to their childhood or find new flavors that they’ve been eager to try. To bring it all together, we partnered with culturally relevant influencers, brands, and social outlets—which opens up the floor for people all over the world to connect, learn, and share with each other.
